Frans Withagen is active as CARe teacher, CARe auditor and CARe coach at Traverse, an organization for homeless people in Tilburg, the Netherlands. 

From his own extended experience in working with homeless people, he supports social workers in converting the theory of CARe into practice. He is also active as Strengths trainer in homelessness organizations and women shelters.
