Armen Soghoyan (1967) is the President of Armenian Psychiatric Association, Head of Licensing Agency of Ministry of Health of Republic of Armenia, Associate Professor at Yerevan State Medical University after Mkhitar Heratsi (YSMU), Editor in Chief of Armenian Journal of Mental Health.

Since 1997, he is a member of Network of Reformers of Geneva Initiative on Psychiatry, from 2005 to 2011, he was Board member of Global Initiative on Psychiatry-Tbilisi. From 2005 to 2011, he has served as a Zonal Representative of WPA, Zone 10 (Eastern Europe). Since 2011, he is Co-chair of Operational Committee on Finance of WPA. Armen Soghoyan is one of founders of Armenian Medical Association and currently is the Vice-President of Association.
